Can I switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual anytime. When you switch, the system automatically adjusts your billing cycle and you’ll start saving with the discounted annual pricing.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you’re on the monthly plan, your subscription stops at the end of the current month.
If you’re on the annual plan, your subscription continues until the end of your paid year—no refunds for unused months.
Is there any difference in features between monthly and annual plans?
No. Both monthly and annual plans include the same features. The only difference is in the billing cycle and the overall cost savings with annual billing.
Do I save money with the annual plan?
Yes. The annual plan is designed to give you a discounted rate per month compared to paying monthly. For example, instead of $5/month ($60 a year), you pay $48/year, which comes out to just $4 per month.
Can I downgrade from annual to monthly?
Yes, but the change will apply only after your current annual period ends. At that point, your plan will renew on a monthly basis.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?

Is my data safe if I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Even if you cancel, your data remains stored securely for a limited period (e.g., 30 days). You can reactivate your plan anytime without losing your training data.
