Your personal data is stored securely on AI BotKit’s servers, as well as on the servers of cloud-based database providers we engage, located within the United States. We retain service data for the full duration of your business relationship with AI BotKit and for an additional period afterward, enabling us to analyze the data for operational insights and maintain historical archives connected to our services. Prospect data is kept only as long as it remains relevant for business purposes, after which it is permanently removed from AI BotKit’s systems. All personal data under AI BotKit’s control may be erased upon receipt of a verified request from the Data Subject or their authorized representative.
