REFUND POLICY

At AI Bot Kit, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds.
1. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions – Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or unused time on a subscription. You may cancel at any time to avoid future billing.
Annual Subscriptions – If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
2. One-Time Services & Custom Development
Payments for one-time services, custom chatbot development, or advanced automation setup are non-refundable once work has commenced. In cases where no work has started, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. Free Trial
We encourage all users to take advantage of our free trial (where available) before purchasing a paid subscription, to ensure the product meets your needs.
4. Refund Process

Your name and registered email address
Order number or subscription ID
Reason for the refund request
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
The request is made after the refund window has expired.
The account has violated our Terms of Service.
Substantial usage of the platform has occurred during the trial or refund window.
